抗病毒性肺炎的数字方

*Numerical Charms for Alleviation of Symptoms of Viral Pneumonia*
《抗病毒性肺炎的数字方》

These numerical charms are auxiliary means to alleviate symptoms of viral pneumonia while patients wait for medical diagnosis. They CANNOT replace professional medical care.
默念這些数字方或能舒缓病毒性肺炎所引起的徵狀,但念数字只能为病人在等候确诊期间争取多一点时间,不能取代正规医疗。

Below are 8 groups of numbers, A to H, each containing subgroups separated by dots. For example, 3820 is a subgroup, 3820.220.640 is a proper group.
以下由A至H共8大组数字方,每一大组数字方都由若干小组数字方合成,並以点号“.”分隔。例如3820是小组,3820.220.640则是由三个小组合併成一大组。

Silently recite at normal pace each of the above groups repeatedly for 10 minutes(Use your native language). Recite only the numbers. The dots "." between subgroups means a pause for half a second. Pay attention to the body's responses. If the symptoms or discomfort lessen, it means that particular group is effective. If a group does not help, try the next one. Keep reciting the best group to relief the symptoms, preferably no less than 8 hours a day.
病者可用母语以正常速度逐组重复默唸10分钟,小组之间的点号“.”是停顿半秒的意思。唸的時候留心身体反应,如唸某一组数字方时感舒服或不适徵状减轻,即代表有效,可长时间重复默念(每天不少于8小时),以助减轻病情。如一组无效,可试另一组。

If there is no noticeable sensation or reaction, but at the same time no dizziness, rapid heartbeat, or nausea, choose the "relatively" most comfortable group and repeat recitation for a long time, preferably no less than 8 hours a day.
如果体感无明显反应,但亦无头晕、心跳或呕心等反应,则选“相对而言”最舒服的那一大组反复长时间默念(每天不少于8小时)。

If the fever subsides after a prolonged period of recitation, or if you feel a bit cold, try one of the following groups:
如果长时间默念后不再发热,甚至觉得身体有点寒意,可试行转念下列数字方其中一组:
